Seamus Taaffe is the founder and CEO of Lorg Talent. He also founded AHWC Immigration Law, a trusted partner of Lorg. Seamus is a qualified chartered accountant and enjoys the synergy of the recruitment and immigration industries and how they can assist employers and job seekers alike.

In his spare time, Seamus is a fanatical Demons supporter who loves nothing more than barracking for his team at the MCG on game day.

Maggie Taaffe is a highly experienced lawyer and Director of Lorg Talent. She is the Principal Lawyer at partner company AHWC Immigration Law, and has over 10 years’ experience in the field. Maggie completed her law degree at Deakin University, and she is passionate about helping employers find the right staff, as well as helping overseas recruits get Australian Visas.

In her spare time, Maggie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and travelling.

Xiaodan is the General Manager of the Labour Agreements Division, recognised for her expertise and ethical guidance in Australian Immigration Law. With over 15 years of dedicated service in the migration industry spanning both China and Australia, Xiaodan specialses in Employer Sponsored visas and labor agreements.

Experienced in migrating herself from Beijing to Australia she understands the complexities involved. Her proficiency extends particularly to navigating the complexities of labor agreements, catering to clients in all industries. Xiaodan's strategic insights and meticulous approach prove invaluable in managing large-scale corporate migration projects.

Having successfully facilitated numerous labor agreements, Xiaodan possesses a deep understanding of the intricacies involved, particularly within sectors facing unique challenges. Her collaborative style fosters strong partnerships and alignment among stakeholders, consistently achieving positive outcomes for her clients. Xiaodan is fluent in English and Mandarin (and Shanghai Dialect).

Natalie Sioungas is an Immigration Lawyer at LORG Talent specialising in Australian Immigration Law, with a particular focus on corporate migration within the health services sector.

Natalie was admitted to the legal profession as an Australian Lawyer and as an officer of the Supreme Court of Victoria in 2017. She graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Business (Banking and Finance), Graduate Certificate in Australian Immigration Law and Practice and completed her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law.

Katie is a Recruitment Team Leader at LORG Talent, overseeing LORG CMC and LORG Transport with over 8 years of experience in external recruitment across the Mining, Civil, Construction, and Bus & Transport sectors.

She is passionate about connecting employers with highly skilled tradespeople and professionals, and takes pride in helping businesses overcome skill shortages while supporting candidates in building long-term careers in Australia.

Jayden is a Senior Recruitment Consultant at LORG Talent within the LORG CMC sector with over six years’ experience in white-collar recruitment across the Construction, Mining, and Civil industries.

He is passionate about partnering with organisations to secure high-calibre talent and takes pride in supporting professionals to build meaningful and rewarding careers in Australia.

Monika is the National Healthcare Recruitment Manager at LORG Health, bringing a unique blend of experience as both a Registered Nurse and recruitment leader, with over a decade of experience across SA and VIC.
