All-Rounder Operator – Civil Maintenance
Location: Gove, Northern Territory
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Roster: 3:1 FIFO from Darwin, Brisbane, or Cairns (flights covered)
Work Hours: 10-hour days (60 hours per week), Monday to Saturday

About the Role We are recruiting experienced All-Rounder Operators for a long-term civil maintenance project based in Gove, Northern Territory. This is a full-time, permanent role with paid travel time, leave entitlements, and consistent hours each swing.

You will work Monday to Saturday with Sundays off to rest, fish, or get out on the water — Gove is one of Australia’s best spots for boating and fishing.

What You Will Be Doing

• Maintain gravel roads and repair bitumen potholes
• Install signage and assist with traffic control
• Vegetation management and drainage work
• Haulage of freight and heavy equipment
• Crusher clean-up and sediment removal
• Manage bauxite stockpiles and scrap steel

• Excavators
• Loaders
• Skid steers
• Rollers
• Graders
• Heavy Rigid Trucks
• HC Trucks (if licensed) – including float, side tipper, and container side loader

• HC Licence preferred (HR accepted with solid grader experience)
• Minimum two years civil construction experience
• Competent on multiple machines (tickets required)
• White Card
• Strong focus on safety and working in a crew
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
