Make a Meaningful Difference Every Day
A growing, values-driven organisation is looking for passionate and committed Behaviour Support Practitioners to join its expanding team.
Whether you’re an experienced professional or an emerging practitioner, if you’re curious, coachable, and motivated by meaningful outcomes, we want to hear from you.
This is not just another paperwork-heavy role — this is your chance to make a genuine, positive impact in people’s lives.

About the Role

  • As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will:
  • Complete Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA) that highlight the person behind the paperwork
  • Develop practical, strengths-based, trauma-informed Behaviour Support Plans
  • Work closely with participants, families, support coordinators, and providers to deliver collaborative, person-centered care
  • Regularly monitor, review, and adjust plans to ensure they stay effective and relevant
  • Contribute to a culture of ethical practice, reflection, and continuous improvement
  • You’ll support participants with complex needs and be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

What We’re Looking For
  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Behaviour Analysis, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Education, or similar
  • Registration (or ability to register) under the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to ethical, meaningful work focused on positive outcomes, not just ticking off KPIs
  • Bonus: Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, or other complex diagnoses.

What’s on Offer
  • A supportive, purpose-driven team environment
  • Regular supervision and opportunities for professional development
  • A focus on clinical care, not just targets
  • The chance to help shape systems and practices that truly back great care
  • Flexibility to support your work-life balance
