Our 6 step process
The Brief
01
We start by understanding exactly what you need — role scope, job description, remuneration, location, and timeline. This detailed brief becomes the foundation for every search decision that follows, ensuring we're targeting the right candidates from day one.
02
Onshore Search
Before looking overseas, we thoroughly search the Australian market — including candidates already here on working holiday visas, student visas, and other onshore pathways. Wherever a suitable local candidate exists, we move quickly to place them, minimising cost and time-to-hire.
03
International Search
Where the onshore market can't meet demand, we tap into our established international partner network — spanning Ireland, the UK, South Africa, New Zealand and Canada etc. — to source skilled, work-ready candidates ready to relocate to Australia.
04
Candidate Selection
We manage the full selection process on your behalf: providing shortlisted CVs, our unique One-Way Video Candidate Introductions, and coordinating Teams interviews directly with candidates. Comprehensive reference checks are conducted before any final sign-off.
05
Visa
Once a candidate is selected, our in-house immigration law firm, AHWC Immigration Law, manages the entire visa process — from application through to approval —ensuring full compliance and a smooth pathway to Australia.
06
Relocation & Mobilisation
We coordinate the candidate's arrival and start date, supporting a smooth transition into the role. Our relationship continues well beyond day one — we stay engaged with both employer and candidate at least until permanent residency is granted.
