The roles
Depending on the position, your responsibilities may include:
- Supervising daily site activities and coordinating trades and subcontractors
- Planning labour, materials and equipment to meet project schedules
- Monitoring work against drawings, specifications and quality requirements
- Leading site briefings, toolbox talks and safety inspections
- Coordinating with project managers, engineers, clients and other contractors
- Identifying site issues and escalating risks to safety, quality or programme
- Maintaining progress reports, site records and inspection documentation
- Supporting commissioning readiness, defect resolution and handover
About you
- Relevant trade or construction qualification, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and experience
- Previous supervisory experience on data centre projects
- Strong understanding of site coordination, construction sequencing and quality control
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications
- Experience managing trades and subcontractors
- Clear communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Strong commitment to safety and meeting project deadlines
- Relevant licences and tickets for the position and location
- Australian construction White Card, or willingness to obtain one before commencing site work
